    Affiliation: Dr. Anil Gehi is Assistant Professor of Medicine/Cardiology and the Director of the Fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He completed medical and post-graduate training at the University of California San Francisco followed by a cardiology fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center and an electrophysiology fellowship at Emory University Medical Center. He performs a range of electrophysiology procedures including complex ablation and cardiac device implantation, with a particular interest and expertise in catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation. His research focus encompasses all topics related to atrial fibrillation, including symptom management, stroke prevention, and ablation techniques.
